Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 20, 2026

Teza Solutions Inc. ("Teza", "we") is committed to protecting the personal information of those who visit this site, use our services or contact us. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

It is written in accordance with applicable laws in Quebec and Canada, notably the Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (Law 25) and, where applicable, PIPEDA.

1. Information we collect

2. How we use this information

3. Third-party integrations

Some of our services integrate with third-party platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, among others) to automate tasks on behalf of our clients. These integrations use those platforms' official APIs, in accordance with their policies. We only share your information as needed to provide the service, and with your authorization.

4. Lead Ads form data

When one of our clients uses our product MARK Copilot with the Meta Lead Ads integration, we retrieve — on that client's behalf, with their authorization, via Meta's official API (the leads_retrieval permission) — the information submitted through their lead ad form, typically the submitter's name, phone number, email address, and any other answers provided on the form. This information is stored securely in that specific client's own database and is only accessible to that client and their authorized team — never shared with other Teza clients. It is retained for the duration of the contractual relationship between that client and Teza Solutions, then deleted within 90 days of the contract's end, unless otherwise required by law.

5. Cookies

Our site may use cookies to operate and analyze traffic. You can refuse them via your browser, but some features may be limited.

6. Retention

We keep your information as long as necessary for the purposes described, or to meet our legal obligations, after which it is securely deleted or anonymized.

7. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with service providers who assist us, as needed and under appropriate confidentiality agreements.

8. Your rights

You have the right to access your information, have it corrected, request its deletion, or withdraw your consent, subject to our legal obligations. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below.

9. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against loss, theft and unauthorized access.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. The last updated date appears at the top of this page.
